All storiesA real order
"Can we get lunch tomorrow?" Yes. Here's the cutoff, and what else we can do.
About a third of our office orders come in the day before. Next day, evenings, Saturdays, most of LA: what we can do, and the one thing we can't.

Questions offices askHow far ahead do I need to order, and when and where do you deliver?
The message lands at 4:58 PM: "Hey, can we do lunch for 40 tomorrow?" Someone forgot, or the meeting just got confirmed, and now it's on you. Finding food isn't hard. Finding food that arrives on time and doesn't look thrown together is.
Next day: yes, before the cutoff
About one in three of our office orders this year came in the day before the event.
A media company on Wilshire has done it three times, ordering in the evening for an 11:15 delivery the next day, for rooms of 40 to 60. A software company in Westwood did it in July, and a university group did it on a Friday. They got the same menu, labels and prices as anyone ordering a week ahead.
You can order online until 7 PM PT the day before delivery. Once we confirm the order, we send you back a delivery window.
We don't take same-day orders. If it's 10 AM and you need lunch at noon, we'd rather tell you no than promise it and show up late.
Evenings: yes
A boutique on Pico had ten rolls of kimbap delivered at 6:45 PM. A guild on Sunset got japchae, rice and kimchi in their sixth-floor boardroom at 6. A student group at UCLA had dinner for 30 delivered at 6:15.
Saturdays: yes, until 5 PM
The 145-person order was a Saturday pickup. A family ordered for 30 on a Saturday in January. We're closed Sundays.
