A celebration is not an office lunch. Your grandparents, your friends and the kids at the table all need something they love. For weddings, doljanchi, baek-il, engagement dinners, 70th birthdays and big events for 100+ guests we plan a custom menu with a wider spread of dishes than our regular packages, built around who is coming.
How a celebration quote works
- Tell us about the day: guest count, budget per guest, who is coming and the dishes you must have (about 2 minutes).
- Within one business day we send a suggested menu and a per-guest price range that fits your budget.
- We adjust dishes and amounts with you, then send the final menu and total.
- On the day we deliver the food to your venue, packed and labeled.

Do you cater Korean weddings and doljanchi in Los Angeles and Orange County?
Yes. Minari Express caters weddings, receptions, doljanchi (first birthday parties), baek-il, engagement dinners and 60th or 70th birthday parties across Los Angeles and Orange County, with a custom menu for each event.
How is a celebration quote different from your regular packages?
Regular packages are fixed sets for 10 to 48 people. For celebrations we build the menu around your guests and budget, usually with more kinds of dishes, and send a per-guest price range first so the final total does not surprise you.
Do you provide setup, servers or decorations?
We bring the food and set out the trays with serving utensils, so the table is ready when guests arrive. We don't do full-service setup (servers, decor, rentals) ourselves, but if you need it, we can help you find someone. We set the delivery time with you or your venue.
Can you handle vegan, vegetarian or allergy needs?
Yes. Tell us the number of guests with each need. Vegan dishes are labeled, many dishes are made with gluten-free soy sauce, and our allergen chart lists the Big-9 allergens for each dish.
How far ahead should we ask?
As early as you can. Large celebrations are planned with our kitchen ahead of time, so tell us the date even if the guest count is not final yet.
Do you deliver to wedding venues and banquet halls?
Yes, we deliver to venues, churches, homes and halls across LA and Orange County. We confirm the arrival time and how the food stays warm with you or your venue ahead of time.
